Private-label jewelry: from CAD to first production run in 21 days
Design Studio · 2026-06-30
A day-by-day view of how a sketch becomes a hallmarked, packed collection under your own brand.
Days 1–4 · CAD and weight engineering
We model the piece, estimate metal weight and stone count, and send renders for sign-off. Changing a prong profile costs nothing at this stage and everything after casting.
Days 5–10 · Resin print and metal sample
A printed resin model confirms proportion on the hand before any metal is committed. The first metal sample follows, hallmarked and microscope-checked.
Days 11–21 · Production and QC
Casting, setting, three-stage quality control, then packing under your labels. Export documentation and insured shipping are handled in the same window.
